The National Sports Bulgaria Academy has 42 Olympic titles, 150 silver and bronze Olympic medals, 90 world champion titles, 120 silver and bronze medals from world championships, which are won by the graduates. Result of mastered skills, marked relation between science and sport, and patriotic feelings.

The General Assembly is a supreme managing body of the National Sports Bulgaria Academy. The General Assembly consists of the professors, the associate professors, the representatives of the assistant professors, of the post-graduate students and of the administration staff and the workers

The distribution of the representative quotas among the National Sports Bulgaria Academy structure sections is determine by the National Sports Bulgaria Academic Council on Rector’s motion. The representatives are elected by a secret vote of the general assemblies of the represented communities in the structure sections. The nominees are elected on the majority representation basis for the community quota.

The National Sports Bulgaria Academy has three school buildings in the Student’s town and one building at 1 “Gurguliat” Str. where the lection and seminar halls and the specialized laboratories are.
