Albena Beach Club Hotel ****

The hotel "Albena Beach Club" is a union of the old "Mura" and "Slavuna" hotels. Both buildings have a terraced architecture like most hotels in the resort. This opens an excellent view to the sea and National Reserve “Balata”.

  Medical center - Albena provides medical service to its guests 24 hours a day. Every tourist can visit the Medical Centre at any time and receive the service on the spot or dial 62306. The centre can provide transport to any place in the resort, wherever the guest is at the moment. If it is necessary, the patient is transported to hospitals in the nearby cities: Varna, Dobrich and Balchik, with which the Medical Centre co-operates at all times.In the Medical Centre you will receive highly qualified urgent medical service in a way, which has been successful in the practice. The medical centre has 4 reanimation beds in two rooms, which possess all the necessary conditions for short stay and treatment, except in the cases, which require stable hospitalisation. In this way, the sick tourist is still surrounded by the resort’s atmosphere and his/her relatives. This diminishes the psychological trauma, caused by any illness.We have organised an effective lifeguard service with a modern communicational system between the different links: lifeguards, reanimation offices, ambulances and the medical centre. In this way the first aid procedures can be started on the spot and continued.
  Ambulatory - In the medical centre Albena 24 hours a day at your disposal are therapist, surgeons, orthopedicians, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, paediatricians -professionals, who can help the tourists in any situation. The ambulatory is provided with up to date laboratory and pictorial diagnostics –x-ray and echograpfy, which ease the process of setting a clinic diagnosis. In the immediate proximity of the hotel, there is a drugstore, where you can buy the necessary medicines.
  Surgery - In Albena Medical Centre, all the patients, whose condition require surgical intervention are treated. We have provided local, spinal and general anaesthetic, when the patient requires it. The specialists command all the anaesthetic techniques, depending on separate cases. The surgical department has eight beds for a short-term after-surgical treatment and control. The specialists are working all the year round, which enables them to maintain high level of professionalism. The surgical activity is maintained by surgical treatment of mostly Bulgarian citizens with illnesses, which can be treated with a mini invasive surgery. In this way the tourist can solve his/her problem for a day or two and then go on with the holiday with balneological procedures. In the surgical department, our specialists perform surgical, gynaecological, urological, neurosurgical and eye operations.
